Devlog #3 - Update 2


🔄 Update Highlights:

- some enemies drop potions (thats all :P)

The game is unbalanced. I’ve received feedback, and I can see  myself, that core issue with the balance is that there are not enough mana potions (ammo pickups), which leads to players finding it most beneficial to avoid enemies altogether. To address this, I’ve added potions dropping from defeated enemies.

Ideas what next:

  • Change particle effects to be smaller since they obstruct the view.
  • Something is off with the movement, so that needs improvement as well.
  • Reevaluate the gameplay l (would more weapons or enemy types improve the game? Are vertical levels necessary?)
  • Idea to entirely redesign into something like " The Binding of Isaac" classic version.
